We finished Genesis last week as we started off our Kindergarten homeschool journey. We had lots of fun and Little E made an adorable book all about the days of creation. I will post pictures in another post.
Today and this week, we are learning about the Sun and the letter S. I made a sensory tub all about the letter S. Can you name everything??
Also on today's agenda is making Sun-Tea!
I got the idea about the sensory tubs from this website:

She is AMAZING!! I highly recommend checking out her great ideas!
Welcome to my World!
As my title states, I am a Wannabe Suzy Homemaker. When I first got married, I knew how to make Mac'n'Cheese and kinda clean up. No clue how to budget or change a diaper. Fast forward 6 years; I can freezer cook, organize, design, paint, craft, sew, love Dave Ramsey, and cloth diaper my youngest. I am trying to be a great wife, mother, and child of God. I am constantly tested but I am willing to try almost anything to grow myself into a better person.

Do you PIN???
I heart Pinterest. It is my crack. How fun is a place to find thousands of creative ideas all in one place? So much fun! So the idea is as you find a fun picture, idea, or saying, you Pin it. That Pin is shared with everyone else to see and to decide if they want to Repin it. You can follow friends and other people that have some great Pins and they can follow you. That just means you can see what they Pinned and they can see what you Pinned. Easy, right? I give you one warning....it is addicting!! Know that at 2am you may finding yourself muttering...."no sleep, just pinning" as you wade through the awesome ideas out there.

Teddy Bear Bread
Little E and Little A and I wanted to do some baking and settled on the super cute Teddy Bear Bread from the Taste of Home website. A heads up, these take time to make since it has yeast in it and needs time to rise. The mixing of ingredients was fun for the "Littles" as was the rolling the dough into balls for the teddy bear form, but the waiting was the hardest on them In the end they came out super cute and very tasty. A couple of hands and feet were missing from the bears...no clue where they went.....:)

A LIFE CHANGE
After lots of thoughts and prayers, we have decided to try Homeschooling. I have been writing down everything we have been doing and thought it would be fun to share our journey.
